Performance options
Bewdley MFC - An economic system for dry areas. Panels are manufactured from 18mm high performance melamine faced 730kg/m3 V313 moisture resistant grade chipboard.

Bewdley Trespa, Manufactured in Compact Grade Laminate. Suitable for the most demanding environments. Panels are extremely resistant to impact and have surfaces and cores that are totally impervious to water.Each panel is 13mm thick and has polished black radius edges, as lipping is not required

Lipping
All visible edges are lipped with profiled 2mm High Impact PVC (Bewdley MFC only)

Fittings
Multi coloured powder coated ironmongery is standard

Colours
An extensive colour range is available along with a choice of screen print designs.

Although standard latches can be incorporated, magnetic catches on a 'pull to open' basis combined with anti-finger trap doors are all part of the new built in safety features of the Bewdley range.

Built on solid and stable ‘so-lo’ legs the Bewdley range eliminates the need for a head rail, making the installation process easier and also giving a wider scope for the design of the cubicles - allowing the range to be themed to create a practical, welcoming and fun environment.

Clee Trespa is suitable for the most demanding environments. Panels are extremely resistant to impact and have surfaces and cores that are totally impervious to water. Each panel is 13mm thick and has polished black radius edges, as lipping is not required

Clee Range - Standard Dimensions
Height :1200mm TO 1800mm – NOTE : Head rail Always at 1800 sometimes 1600 on request.
Door: Available in reduced heights from 1200 to 1800mm - Head rail at 1800 for adult access and allows for exchange of doors & partitions if age group of children should change

Ludlow Cubicle Range

Material:
18mm MR MFC - All panels are manufactured from 18mm moisture resistant (MR) V313 chipboard core Melamine faced Chipboard. To complete the design, every panel is lipped with matching or contrasting complementary 2mm PVC edging providing added edge protection and durability.

Face:
Melamine Faced Chipboard – please see our Colour Collection for colours

Edges:
Pilasters: - either lipped as doors & panels or vertical edges post formed. 

Doors & Partition Panels:
All edges lipped with 2mm High Impact solid tonal lipping to match (or contrast – as specified by client) face laminate

Panels / Doors / Pilasters:
18mm MFC. Panels anchored to wall with SA aluminium channel bracket

Feet:
Adjustable, stainless steel or SAA or powder coated in the RAL colour of your choice

Ironmongery:
coat hook, toilet roll holder, hinges, indicator bolt, anti-slam stopper, head rail, in SAA or stainless steel or Powder coated in any specified RAL colour

Ludlow can be supplied in configurations to comply with part M of the latest building regulations. The door locks are easily operated with a gentle slide action, whilst the face plate indicates occupancy more readily noticeable by persons with impaired vision. Grab rails may be fitted to partition panels, although it is recommended that a type with through fixings is used to secure them.

HEIGHT OPTION 1: Standard height = 1800mm plus 150mm adjustable leg = 1950mm overall height.

HEIGHT OPTION 2: FTC (Floor to Ceiling) up to 2500mm with 20 to 40mm gap at bottom and 20 to 50mm gap at top.

MFC - For increased impact resistance all panels are manufactured from high pressure laminate (HPL) bonded to both sides of an 18mm V313 moisture resistant (MR) particle board core. To complete the design, every panel is lipped with matching or complementary 2mm PVC providing added edge protection and durability.

19mm MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard)

Pilasters:
Powder coated or Polished extruded aluminium in or Radius face. Cleobury pilasters come complete with matching adjustable legs & hinges.

Adjustable, stainless steel, Satin Anodised Aluminium or powder coated in any specified RAL colour

Ironmongery:  
FINISHED TO MATCH PILASTERS - coat hook, toilet roll holder, hinges, Doc M compliant indicator bolt, anti-slam stopper, head rail, in POLISHED SAA or Powder coated in any specified colour from our Colour Collection
